The room was spacious.

Overall it was stocked and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom. A microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators were a plus. The hotel was set in a central area close enough to all the construction, the Sixth Street and north Austin. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a historic museum.

This accommodation had a central setting close to downtown if using a car. The staff was very amiable and caring and helped with the private parking...

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean pool area during our stay. Breakfast options were basic but satisfying. the WiFi could really use improvement!

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Austin, had much fun and met helpful and courteous staff at the other receptionist. I loved the room with modern bathroom, the bed was extremely comfy. The hotel was in a central location very close to everything.

Choice at the restricted breakfast. Hygiene to be improved, mould smell in the room, rooms with carpeting. Fitness center ridiculous

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The lock on my room door was broken, and I had to slam it repeatedly just to get it to close. To make matters worse, someone opened my door in the middle of the night. After notifying the front desk, their response was unimpressive. It reminded me of my safety was not a priority.

Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from all the construction, north Austin. The staff was polite and courteous all the time.

It was just a reliable pick for a short stayover in Austin with really good value. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in easy and quick. Beware of noise from traffic at night.

Very clean, great value for the money, will look for on next trip

The hotel charged my card for the hotel before I checked in, I understand their reasonings and the fact I would be paying either way but I would have been more comfortable if I was there. Also when I had questions about the charge and requested a receipt at check out it was very difficult and the staff was not cooperating. It took over 10 minutes just to get a receipt !

Sketchy but cheap

Honestly, this place is pretty rough around the edges. Got hit with bugs in the room and zero attention from the staff, who were glued to their phones. On the plus side, the coffee in the lobby was decent. But wow, the rude front desk lady just topped it all. Not worth the hassle.

It's so hot in Texas. I enjoyed a couple of hours in the pool. Also, friendly and helpful staff.

The location is right off of I-35, which is convenient, but I felt the area to be a bit worn down. I didn't feel completely unsafe, although I looked over my shoulder frequently.
